WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Own the Pass: Supervise lower-level team members and ensure every plate exceeds expectations.
- Master the Menu: Detailed prep and cooking, regulating our charcoal equipment, and monitoring quality at every stage.
- The Business of Food: Assist with ordering, stock rotation, menu planning, and ensuring Food Safety is non-negotiable.
- Mentor the Next Gen: Train apprentices and junior staff, passing on your skills to the next wave of talent.
ARE YOU THE ONE?- Experience: Essential background in quality, high-volume restaurants. Supervisory experience is a massive plus.
- Skills: Expert-level grill and larder skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Composure: You stay cool when the charcoal is hot and the dockets are long.
- Location: Priority is given to Darwin residents or those ready to relocate to the NT immediately.
