The Position: We want to engage with a full-time experienced Child Care Worker / Educator (38hr/wk) that demonstrates a willingness to participate holistically in Early Education and Care and works with integrity, wonder and passion. The pay range is negotiable and based on qualification and experience.
- We are open from 6.30am to 6.00pm

Essential Requirements:- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an early learning or childcare setting
- Must be able to commit to FULL TIME employment
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card (must hold card already)
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- A passionate educator who can use constructive criticism as a learning platform for professional growth
- A high understanding of the EYLF and NQS and its applications in planning and programming
- A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID004)
- Strong understanding of child safety and safeguarding principles
Desirable: - Sound knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture and embedding this in practice
- Active approach to Nature Pedagogy and nature walks/Bush Kindy
Responsibilities:- Provide education and care to children in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Implement planned learning provocations aligned with EYLF
- Observe, document, and contribute to assessments of children’s learning and development
- Support children’s daily routines, including meals, rest, hygiene, and transitions
- Maintain compliance with service policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Promote child safety, wellbeing, and protection at all times
