This role is suitable for early career candidates or recent graduates with a background in Information Systems, Information Management, or related fields.Prior experience with Odoo, ERP systems, or IT support is preferred but not required. We provide training on internal systems, business workflows, and platform integrations. Candidates should be motivated to learn and grow, as the company continues to expand cooperation with multiple external platforms, including EDI-based integrations.This position focuses on system configuration, light customization, and technical execution in accordance with defined business requirements. It is not a system architect or heavy software development role, but it offers strong longterm growth potential in business systems and technical operations.Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Systems and ERP Support

• Configure, maintain, and support Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements
• Perform light customization and scripting using Python within the Odoo framework
• Support system workflows, user permissions, and data structures
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and assist with testing and upgrades
• Maintain basic system documentation and internal user guidelines

EDI and Platform Integrations

• Assist with system integrations between internal ERP and external platforms
• Support EDI-related workflows and data exchanges
• Help monitor and troubleshoot integration issues as partnerships expand

IT Support and Technical Operations

• Support and maintain internal IT systems and office technical environment
• Assist with user device setup, access control, and network configuration
• Provide technical support for internal users and daily operations
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with business owners to clarify functional needs before implementation
• Ask questions, confirm requirements, and execute approved solutions
• Provide technical feedback and suggest feasible improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Python or strong willingness to learn
• Interest in ERP systems, system integrations, and business process automation
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and platforms as the company grows
• Comfortable providing hands-on IT support
• Clear communication skills and a responsible working attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Odoo or other ERP systems
• Experience or exposure to EDI or third-party platform integrations
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized business IT environments
• Familiarity with Linux or basic server administration
