Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Glazier to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work on a variety of glazing and aluminium manufacturing projects in our workshop and on-site, upholding our high standards of precision and workmanship, Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, measure, cut, and install aluminium windows and doors
• Install commercial and domestic glazing products, including shower screens, mirrors, and wardrobe doors
• Replace broken or damaged glass panels in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Communicate with clients, builders, and other trades on-site
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified glazier
• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent)
• Experience with both domestic and commercial glazing systems
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality workmanship
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a good team player

Employment Conditions:

• Full-time, permanent position (minimum 38 hours per week)
• Salary: $78,000 – $86,000 p.a., based on skills and experience
• Superannuation and leave entitlements in line with Australian employment laws
• Work vehicle and tools may be supplied if required
