If you have experience in the tile or construction industry, that's a big plus! Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
• Report sales activities and market intelligence to management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales (especially in tile/construction industry) is a bonus
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
