Hours may vary depending on workload, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. All hours worked are compensated at the agreed hourly rate. Total Vacancies: 2 About the Role MB Property Services Ltd is seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Heights Technicians. This is a hands-on, physically active role working primarily on construction sites and high-rise residential buildings across Auckland. Key Responsibilities • Installation of anchors, access solutions, and safety line systems • Installation of fall arrest safety systems • Installation of abseil and rope access anchors • Installation of ladders, platforms, and stairway access solutions • Remedial building maintenance including painting, reglazing, waterproofing, and silicone leak repair • Residential and commercial building and window washing, painting, and moss/mould treatment on high-rise structures • Conducting water ingress tests and preparing building reports • Annual anchor maintenance, inspection, and compliance certification • Any other work required as part of service delivery to customers Eligibility Criteria • IRATA Level 1 or IRAANZ Level 3 Certification • Minimum 6-12 months of relevant work experience • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test • NZ visa status must be included in your application Migrant Applicants - AEWV Skills Threshold Applicants applying under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) must also meet Immigration New Zealand's minimum skills threshold.
