BAJWA TRANSGLOBAL LOGISTICS PTY LTD trading as Ontime Container Services has been a trusted provider of container transport solutions since 2012. We specialise in container handling and transportation services across NSW using a modern fleet of Euro trucks, sideloaders, skeleton trailers, tautliners and flat-top trailers.Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team at our Rouse Hill office. About the RoleThe Office Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily administrative operations of the business and supporting the efficient coordination of transport and logistics activities.This is a full-time position suited to a highly organised individual with strong communication, administration and operational coordination skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinating administrative systems, procedures and office workflows
  • Liaising with drivers, contractors, clients, suppliers and freight partners regarding transport schedules and operational matters
  • Maintaining transport records, delivery documentation and compliance files
  • Monitoring office expenditure, invoices, accounts and general financial administration
  • Assisting management with rostering, staffing coordination and payroll administration
  • Managing customer enquiries and ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Preparing reports, operational documents and business correspondence
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ensuring efficient office systems
  • Supporting compliance with workplace health and safety and transport industry requirements
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordination of container transport movements and logistics operations
  • Supervising and supporting administrative staff where required

Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Administration role
  • Experience within the transport, logistics or freight industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office administration systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
