We have a friendly and supportive team of 4 experienced dentists and two of which are practicing orthodontics. We offer flexible working arrangements. Remuneration is annual salary and commission based, and the position is available for an immediate start.We perform a full range of services including wisdom teeth extractions, implant surgery, orthodontics (braces and clear aligners), full mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic injectables. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about restoring smiles, delivering high-quality care, and building long-term patient relationships. Why choose this opportunity?· Full-time position: for 38 hours/Week with annual salary AU$110,000. Mid-career (3–7 yrs)· Modern Equipment for Superior Care: In-house CBCT for precise 3D imaging and Trios wireless intra-oral scanner for fast, accurate digital impressions, enabling advanced diagnostics and efficient workflows.· Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates from Australian, or other countries dental schools. Key Responsibilities Include:Providing comprehensive general dentistry services. Delivering specialised treatments, including:

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care
• Perform restorative and prosthodontic procedures including crowns, bridges and dentures
• Utilize digital dentistry tools, including Exact Dental software/application
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Adhere to infection control protocols and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Registration: Valid dental license in Australia under AHPRA
• Strong clinical background in prosthodontics
• Experience: Proven post-graduate experience in a general dental practice environment, demonstrating proficiency across the full range of services listed above.
• Proficiency in using Exact Dental application/software
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cultural competency and sensitivity in a diverse patient environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog (highly preferred)
• Experience with digital imaging, CAD/CAM systems, and modern dental technologies
• Proven track record of patient satisfaction and case success
• Certification in line with OPG and CBCT use
