Area Manager for Yo Sushi Kiosks

Our kiosks offer customers fresh, delicious sushi rolls and platters made to order, served with a side of fun! As part of our expanding business, we need a motivated Area Manager to oversee a series of kiosks and help us continue delivering our high standards of quality and service.What You’ll Do:As Area Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple kiosks. You will be responsible for managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with both company standards and food safety regulations. Your role will involve:

• Leading Teams: Inspire, mentor, and manage teams at multiple locations to ensure exceptional service and high team morale.
• Ensuring Performance: Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and operational efficiency to achieve business goals. Provide support and coaching to managers and staff.
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all kiosks comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Conduct regular audits and take action to address any issues.
• Creating Fresh Sushi: Lead by example by preparing fresh sushi rolls and platters when needed, ensuring quality and consistency across locations.
• Staff Training & Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience at every kiosk, from product quality to service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams, particularly in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of performance metrics, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Sushi Enthusiast: While experience in sushi preparation isn’t essential, a genuine passion for fresh, quality sushi is a must.
• Problem Solver: Quick thinking, adaptable, and solution-oriented when facing challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and engage your teams and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Flexibility: A willingness to travel between locations as needed and a flexible approach to hours.

• Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
• A degree in Business Management or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
