Unlock new opportunities for growth by scoping projects, including technical services, customer support services and media services. • Orchestrate delivery of services plan working closely with execution teams in region, Customer Support and Media Solutions. • Act as a primary point of accountability go-to-market and execution by conducting debriefs on progress, gathering insights and staying informed and proactive on troubleshooting challenges and trends. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 8 years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting. • Experience in web/cloud technologies as well as data infrastructure. • Experience in customer-facing, translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences. Preferred: • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports. • Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems and navigate effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team. • Passion for resolving customer objectives within their existing constraints and for industry’s latest trends and innovations.
