Job Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a team and running a successful tennis or racquets venue.
• 3-5 years experience in running successful racquets venues
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work the hours required to ensure a successful venue.
• Loves tennis & racquet sports and has a passion for helping others achieve success.
• Strong leadership qualities, organisational & administration skills.
• A team player, an authentic leader, and gets along well with others.
• Wishes to continue to provide high-level coaching programs and private lessons.
• Australian Applicants - Must be a Tennis Australia coach member & have current Working with Children Checks, Police Checks and First Aid certification.
