SAP Transportation Management Consultant

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension). Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands. Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate! Experience: 8-10 years. Hybrid: 2/3 days in the office
Your Profile & DNA: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management Consultant with expertise in configuring SAP TM system settings, master data, transportation networks, carriers, rates, and relevant business processes to join our dynamic team.
Role & Responsibilities

• The candidate will have to work on S4HANA Implementation out of offshore.
• Must have a strong analytical skills, translating the business requirements to Functional specifications.
• Ability to understand support the technical in RICEF Developments.
• Understanding of SAP road map in the relevant module, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the newer versions.
• Ability to mentor junior team members, prioritize the tasks in a collaborative and Adherence to company documentation standards.
• Communicate status to the Global IT leadership team and Finance business partners.
• Drive workshops in SAP TM
• Provide Solution direction Best Practices
• Configure Build Test Deploy Support Transportation Mgmt.
• Work as part of larger however own Transportation Mgmt. independently
• Experience of integration with 4PLConfigure SAP TM system settings, master data, transportation networks, carriers, rates, and relevant business processes.
• Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities through appropriate extensions, integration, and enhancements.

Qualification & Experience

• Projects - Minimum two full lifecycle implementations roll outs experience
• Proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in S4HANA for majority of related processes
• Deep understanding of integration across other modules other SAP, Non-SAP Systems
• Experience on SAP S4Hana Public Private Cloud

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in with teams and build long term customer relationships.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
