We're seeking compassionate and experienced Home Care Support Workers who share our values and take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care with professionalism, empathy and respect.

About the RoleYou'll provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual goals, preferences and needs. Services may include:

• Personal care
• Medication assistance
• Domestic assistance and light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Shopping and community access
• Transport to appointments
• Social support and companionship

About YouYou'll ideally have:

• Minimum 6 - 12 months' experience providing aged care services in home and community settings
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent)
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A commitment to person-centred care and client dignity
• Medication competency is highly regarded
