We are looking for someone interested in either a full-time coordinator role or someone looking to progress into a 2-IC role. We have a strong leadership team currently but looking for additional growth into 2025.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership role or progress their skillset further in a new context.We are a Reggio inspired centre that encourages our staff to use different ways to show their understanding and express their thoughts and creativity. About You:- You will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA recognised or equivalent).
- Current WWC
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Experience in a leadership position (this can be as a room leader, 2IC or coordinator)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ideally you will have a practical knowledge and understanding about theories of play and learning such as Reggio and Bronfenbrenner however we are always willing to educate the right candidate.
- A good work ethic, passion for the industry and a commitment to our little people and wonderful Educators.
- You will be willing to work alongside and mentor our educators on the floor to be the best educators they can be.
