Job Description:
Begin date: 4/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 4 Job Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, trim/edge, plant, lay sod, weeding, watering, rake, blow leaves; dig holes of approximately 24 inches in depth and 36 inches in width with a hand shovel for installing plants, trees, shrubs, or irrigation systems; spread seed, fertilizer and mulch; works on the ground to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; core aerating; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintains or repairs tools, equipment, or structures such as buildings, greenhouses, fences or benches, using hand or power tools. May drive a company truck or other vehicle. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. Shift includes 1-hour unpaid break time. Work on Saturday may be required as necessary. Workdays and hours may vary depending on weather conditions. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $21.45 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from main worksite to multiple worksite in Cleveland to and from all worksite locations. Job Classification: 37-3011.00 - Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers Experience Required: No Special Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license or willing and able to obtain upon employment. Pre-employment drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers are subject to post-injury/incident or reasonable suspicion drug testing, employer paid, applied equally to all workers, U.S. & foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including Saturdays and holidays as needed. Applicant must complete an employment application.
