Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, ambitious and personable Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in customer success, account management and commercial growth within a fast-paced technology business. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with existing MHouse customers. You’ll help retailers get the most from our products and services while identifying opportunities to introduce additional MHouse solutions that could benefit their business. This role is heavily relationship-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and building commercial confidence. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing MHouse customers through regular communication, support and engagement, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with MHouse. Product Knowledge & Adoption
Develop an in-depth, encyclopaedic understanding of the MHouse product suite, becoming highly product-driven and confident in demonstrating value to customers across multiple solutions and services. Customer Growth
Identify opportunities to introduce additional MHouse products and services to existing customers where relevant, helping retailers maximise the value they receive from the MHouse ecosystem. Customer Engagement
Work closely with retailers to understand their business goals, operational challenges and growth opportunities, acting as a trusted point of contact within the business. Onboarding & Support
Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting product adoption across the customer base, ensuring customers are confident using MHouse solutions effectively. Internal Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the customer success, support, sales, operations and product teams to ensure customer feedback, opportunities and issues are communicated effectively. CRM & Administration
Maintain accurate customer records, engagement notes and follow-up activity within internal systems and CRM platforms. Campaign & Commercial Support
Support customer communications, launches, marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives while helping drive commercial growth across the customer base. Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A confident and professional approach
  • Commercially minded with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable communicating over phone, video and email
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset
  • Interest in retail, technology or SaaS is advantageous but not essential
  • A degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field would be preferable

No previous customer success experience is required, although experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service would be beneficial. Why Join Us?
