Restaurant Manager - Full Time*The Restaurant Manager Role:*
As a Papa John’s Restaurant Manager you will be the leader of a dynamic team and able to take on all aspects of the business. You will drive a values-based culture in which fun and amazing pizza are part of it! You will be ultimately in charge of ensuring all customer expectations are met to the high standards that Papa John’s strive for.
You will be responsible for the safe, legal & profitable day to day running of the store operations. This includes engaging and developing your team, sales forecasting & effective scheduling, cost control and maintaining high operational standards in accordance with the company policies and procedures.*Skills we are looking for from our Restaurant Manager:*

• Experience of leading, developing engaging a team of direct reports at work
• Experience of coaching team members in the moment to improve
• Recruitment & team management experience
• Experience of creating rota’s & stock control
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, catering or fast paced retai
