We are looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Darling Square team. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Provide exceptional service, including tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain loyal customer relationships through engagement and follow-up.
• Handle transactions and cash register operations, including daily balancing.
• Maintain stock levels, rotate products, and ensure displays are fresh and attractive.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Support store promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-performing environment.
• Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and company updates.

About You

• Previous retail experience (beauty/skincare preferred).
• Passionate about beauty, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-groomed.
• Ability to work a full-time roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Multilingual (Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese) highly regarded.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• beauty industrial: 1 year (Preferred)
