Position SummaryThe Product Manager – Instructional Products is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of all instructional product offerings, including training programs, educational materials, and learning solutions. This role focuses on product strategy, development, market alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Planning- Define and execute product strategy for instructional and training-related products
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals
2. Product Development- Lead the design and development of instructional products (e.g., training modules, courses, manuals, digital learning content)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and stakeholders
- Ensure content quality, relevance, and compliance with industry standards
3. Stakeholder Management- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align product delivery
- Engage with external partners, trainers, and vendors
- Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders
4. Performance & Optimisation- Monitor product performance using KPIs (engagement, completion rates, revenue, feedback)
- Analyse user feedback and implement continuous improvements
- Manage product lifecycle including updates, enhancements, and retirement
5. Go-to-Market & Support- Support marketing and sales teams with product positioning and materials
- Develop product documentation, user guides, and training resources
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities

Qualifications & Experience- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in education, training, or e-learning
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Product Management, or related field (preferred)
