Whether you're after a casual, part-time, or full-time role, this is your chance to work in a venue that celebrates culture, creativity & incredible food.We're an award-winning Spanish tapas bar located in the heart of Leederville and for the past 12 years, we've been serving bold, consistent, high-quality Spanish cuisine—and we're proud of the vibrant, multicultural team that brings it to life.👨‍🍳 About the Role:As a Chef at Pinchos, you'll play a key role in delivering classic Spanish dishes like pintxos, paella, tortilla & croquetas, whilst also having the creative freedom to explore new menu ideas that keep things fresh and vibrant — all whilst helping to uphold the reputation we've built over more than a decade.You'll work across all sections of the kitchen during busy services, alongside a tight-knit team in a fun, fast-paced environment.If you're passionate about Spanish / Mediterranean flavours and love bringing people joy through food, we'd love to meet you.✅ Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and quality-first dishes
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, prep, hygiene, and section work
• Experience with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, leadership; a commitment to team success
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
• Understanding & delivery of key kitchen numbers and being involved with ordering, rostering and the like to achieve business expectations
