About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our food and beverage outlets and conference and events operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are achieved across the board. This is a newly created role that reflects our ongoing growth and the increasing demands of our expanding business.
You’ll be responsible for managing:- 11 Conference and Event spaces, accommodating up to 280 guests
- dapl Restaurant, serving modern Australian cuisine
- Lobby Bar, an ideal spot for cocktails and appetizers
- Two Donkeys Café, offering casual meals and grab-and-go options
- In-Room Dining, delivering an exquisite menu right to our guests
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of Dapl Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Two Donkeys Café, In-Room Dining, and Conference and Event spaces.
- Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional service standards and comply with industry regulations, including health and safety.
- Drive departmental profitability by effectively managing procurement, inventory, and labour costs.
- Develop strategies to drive sales, maximise profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel food & beverage management environment.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality/Hotel Management (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organisation, excellent communication skills, and strong team management.
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems.
- Current RSA, RMLV and First Aid (including CPR) certifications.

Sponsorship OpportunityAmora Hotel Brisbane is committed to attracting and retaining top talent. Sponsorship under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) 482 visa program may be offered to the right candidate, with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus superannuation.This is a full-time, ongoing role (38 hours per week) based in Brisbane CBD.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:
