Will be responsible for food preparation of high-quality dishes within a busy Italian kitchen environment; Will be involved in managing a designated station and will responsible for health and safety at the station; Will be expected to assist head and sous chef with menu and also train junior chefs at all levels; Creating menu, setting up the kitchen and developing dishes ensuring high quality food with consistent portion sizes is served; Promoting an exceptional dining experience for the guests; Assist with food inventory with responsibilities in stocking and ordering; Control food wastage, maintain nutritional standards and allergen details; Ensures that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines Holds responsibility for health and safety; and Responsible for food hygiene practicesJob Type: Full-timePay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
