Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and excellent problem-solving abilities.   • Interpret and work from detailed schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues and plan repairs
  • Conduct comprehensive mechanical inspections and perform maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment
  • Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, repair, or modify machinery
  • Perform precise equipment repairs, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
  • Carry out heavy lifting as required to move parts or machinery safely and efficiently
  • Execute routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance
  • Assist with complex assembly projects, ensuring all components meet quality standards
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior technicians and team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs

Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various repair tasks
  • Strong understanding of machinery assembly, maintenance procedures, and equipment repair techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately under pressure
  • Good physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in equipment maintenance or repair is highly desirable
