Begin date: 10/1/2025 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 5 Job Duties: Take, serve and carryout food and beverage orders; provide setup and cleanup activities for food and beverage outlets; answer questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate; enters orders into POS computer system; and assembles food and beverages on the tray, serves beverages and meals, and replenishes items as needed. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and mixed drinks; operates the espresso machine; and recommends wine and serves wine tableside to members/guests. Removes dirty dishes; Receives proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment as well as member signatures to safeguard customer and the club.; may be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events; and may be required to serve customers via golf cart. Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus including carryout. Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority. Assist in the final preparation of dishes when required. Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature. Transfer important information between the kitchen and other waitstaff. Attends all premeal meetings in person to enhance communications and gain knowledge of products.
