About the RoleAs a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you will:
- Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) aligned with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic support.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and identify strategies to reduce behaviours of concern.
- Provide education, coaching, and training to families, carers, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with compliance requirements.
- Contribute to team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.

Essential Criteria:- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related allied health field.
- Registration or provisional registration with relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, SPA).
- Eligibility or current status as an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (core, proficient, or advanced).
- Experience working with individuals with disability, autism, or behaviours of concern.
- Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and compliance requirements.
Desirable Criteria:- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Additional training in behaviour support approaches and interventions.
