Title : Building Automation Systems Integrator Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration : 12 Months Visa Status : H1B/Opt-EAD/-EAD Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+ Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Building Automation Systems Integrator is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building automation systems that control HVAC systems. Job Responsibilities:
  • Implementing building automation systems (Client) to ensure optimal energy efficiency and user comfort. In this case the Client is Iconics
  • Consulting with clients to understand their enterprise network and the relationship to/from the automation system.
  • Coordinating with HVAC engineers and technicians to integrate automation systems with existing building infrastructure.
  • Programming and configuring system controllers, interfaces, and input/output devices.
  • Performing testing and troubleshooting of automation systems to ensure they function as designed.
  • Maintaining and updating system documentation, including diagrams and maintenance schedules.
  • Providing training to building staff on the operation and maintenance of the automation system.
  • Monitoring system performance and making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal functionality.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of building automation technologies, HVAC systems, and various integration platforms.

Must Have Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Building Automation Systems Specialist or similar role (Experience with Iconics a plus)
  • Thorough understanding of building automation systems, control strategies, and system design Experience with BACnet and similar protocols.
  • Experience with enterprise networks and related security requirements. Integration of Client into enterprise network.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent technical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and facility personnel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • Relevant certification, such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP), may be required
