Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, cut, trim, and portion beef, lamb, chicken, and goat to halal standards.
- Ensure correct handling, storage, and display of all meat products.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with selections, special orders, and cooking advice.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You:- Previous experience as a butcher (halal experience highly regarded, but training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong knife and portioning skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of halal requirements in meat preparation.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
