About the Role

• Work within a professional kitchen producing high-quality menus for weddings, corporate events, and private functions
• Lead and support junior kitchen staff during service
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and high food standards
• Contribute to menu development and event execution
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
• Background in events, functions, or premium dining preferred
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
