Millwright - Netherlands (Food & Beverage Production)

Introduction Head Professionals is recruiting a qualified Millwright for a permanent position with a Dutch food and beverage production employer. The offer includes full visa sponsorship, a company car, flights, and first month's accommodation, ensuring a well-supported and straightforward relocation to the Netherlands.   Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on food production machinery and packaging lines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults on high-speed production equipment
• Carry out alignment, bearing replacement, and conveyor system repairs
• Read and work from technical drawings and maintenance schedules
• Work closely with production teams to keep downtime to a minimum

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal) or N-Diploma
• 2+ years experience in a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential)
• English or Dutch a bonus
• Willing to relocate permanently to the Netherlands

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: €4357 gross per month
• Permanent contract, no temp or agency placement
• 5-year Highly Skilled Migrant visa
