About the Role Nexus Division is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant (ANZSCO: 223112) to contribute to our workforce solutions and strategic recruitment initiatives. This role plays a critical part in fulfilling high-volume and targeted recruitment objectives across diverse client accounts and industry sectors. The successful candidate will bring a blend of operational recruitment capability and stakeholder-facing communication skills to support workforce planning, talent acquisition campaigns, and continuous process improvement. This role is essential to supporting our business's staffing needs and national projects while enhancing candidate experience and operational delivery. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Delivery – Execute the full recruitment cycle including job design, advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract facilitation across various functions. Talent Pipeline Development – Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming workforce needs, including targeted outreach and database management. Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and advise on strategic sourcing solutions. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate candidate records, prepare employment documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and visa/work rights. ATS & HRIS Use – Utilise recruitment software, talent databases, and digital tools to streamline workflows and ensure hiring process transparency and efficiency. Employer Branding Support – Contribute to initiatives that enhance employer visibility through social media campaigns, referral programs, and candidate engagement content. High-Volume Recruitment Projects – Support campaigns to onboard multiple personnel under strict timelines and service-level agreements. Process Improvement – Review and refine recruitment processes through analytics, feedback, and KPI tracking. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a closely related field (AQF-equivalent or above). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, including experience in high-volume or project-based hiring environments. Technical Skills Required: Recruitment Systems: Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Workday) Candidate Sourcing: SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards Communication Tools: MS Office Suite, Google Workspace HR/Compliance: Knowledge of employment law, workplace rights, and hiring compliance in Australia Data Reporting: Recruitment metrics tracking, candidate funnel reports, TAT analysis Desirable Skills Familiarity with employment service contracts and government recruitment compliance Exposure to high-demand project or industry hiring (e.g., facilities, technology, security) Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and candidate experiences Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment KPIs Process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset Join Us Nexus Division offers an adaptive, inclusive, and progressive environment that fosters professional growth.
