MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and maintain servers, ensuring performance, security, and uptime.
- Administer BambooHR for user management, data integrity, and reporting.
- Oversee SharePoint sites, including user access and document management.
- Perform regular website maintenance, including updates, backups, and performance monitoring. Implement data backup and recovery processes for critical systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to internal teams.
- Keep documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions up to date.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, server management, and system security.
- Experience with HR software management (BambooHR).
- Proficient in SharePoint administration and website maintenance.
- Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and database management.
Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR, SharePoint, and website maintenance.
- Familiarity with server management, backups, and security protocols.
- Basic troubleshooting experience with SQL and cloud platforms.
Skills: - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient in managing HR software and SharePoint.
- Experience in maintaining websites and ensuring uptime.
- Good organizational skills for managing tasks and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams.
