• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises professionally.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively manage organisational reputation online.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per yearBenefits:
