Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises professionally.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
Skills- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively manage organisational reputation online.
