What You'll Be Doing:
- Monday to Friday working hours
- 40 hours per week - Permanent Role
- Building and managing a portfolio of blue-collar clients, with a focus on construction and trades
- Sourcing, screening, and placing skilled candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Driving business development efforts to grow market share across the region
- Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Working closely with a high-performing team, while taking full ownership of your desk
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a Blue Collar recruitment agency environment
- Held the title of Senior Recruitment Consultant
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience in carpentry or a related trade
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter with a hunger for growth and success
- Deep understanding of the blue-collar market, especially in construction and trades
