Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the post office.
- Supervise, train, and support postal staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Oversee mail sorting, dispatch, and delivery processes.
- Manage financial activities, including cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory of postal supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and security procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance and performance.
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with regional management and external stakeholders when required.
Pay: $81,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
