Lead procurement, contract management, and project execution activities supporting PDE Client initiatives. Ensure alignment with IT policies, timelines, and agency requirements while coordinating across stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage procurement and contract renewal activities
Coordinate with procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholders
Maintain tracking of renewals, procurement events, and milestones
Represent Client in procurement meetings and stakeholder discussions
Develop RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and related solicitation materials
Facilitate cross-team coordination to complete solicitation packages
Serve as lead project manager for vendor implementations (COTS/MOTS)
Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Track progress, risks, budget, and contractual obligations
Serve as technical POC for contract compliance and technical questions
Maintain documentation for deliverables, performance, and audits
