[KC Business Adivisory] Junior/Senior Accountant (*Korean Speaking)

Skills and Qualifications

• AQF bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong academic performance will be highly regarded for Junior position
• 1 - 3 years of full-time experience in related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Role Description

• Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and activity statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
• Running or attending client meetings for small business and for client’s accounting department.
• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies when required.
• Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members, including delegating, and reviewing work.
• Assisting Directors and Managers with tax planning, research, and advice
• Be proficient with Xero and able to access various client’s accounting software to extract basic accounting figures.
