We are working with an AI technology company, looking to for a Lead Computer Vision Engineer | AI Team Lead to join their team.
They are building a leading facial recognition solution to lead the development and scaling of their next-generation edge AI platform. You’ll drive innovation, mentor top-tier engineers, and own the architectural strategy behind a product redefining real-time camera, video intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities:
As the AI Team Lead, you will:

• Lead & Scale: Drive the technical roadmap and execution to scale a high-performance edge AI platform across global deployments.
• Architect Solutions: Design scalable and efficient facial recognition systems that operate in resource-constrained edge environments.
• Mentor Talent: Build and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional AI team.
• Own the Vision: Define and evolve the AI strategy, aligning technical outcomes with product and business goals.

Experience required:

• Computer Vision Expertise with a focus on facial recognition technologies (e.g., face detection, identification, liveness detection).
• Strong knowledge of Edge AI, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and real-time deployment environments.
• Experience in camera-based systems (e.g., hardware integration, sensor data processing) – highly beneficial.
• A track record in platform scaling, from prototype through to production across distributed environments.
• Leadership experience – building, mentoring, and guiding high-performing engineering teams.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
