You’ll oversee technically complex, compliance-led demolition and remediation projects with a focus on innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and environmental outcomes.About the Role
You’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of demolition, deconstruction, and land remediation projects, with a focus on:·         Contaminant and asbestos management·         Circular economy practices and resource recovery·         Government and industry stakeholder engagement·         ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 complianceKey Responsibilities·         Deliver projects on time and within budget·         Lead and mentor project teams and subcontractors·         Manage client reporting, RFIs, variations, and progress claims·         Oversee financial performance including budgeting and forecasting·         Maintain ISO compliant documentation and registers·         Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across sitesEssential Criteria·         Minimum 5 years' experience in demolition and contaminant project management·         Strong negotiation and communication skills with clients·         Demonstrated ability to effectively read and interpret drawings and contract documentation·         Strong ability to create, implement, and control project timelines  ·         Demonstrated ability to plan and implement business strategies·         Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting·         High personal integrity and leadership accountability·         Strong values-based leadership and team management capability·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills·         Proficiency with digital devices and industry software·         Current driver’s licenceDesirable Criteria·         Project management qualification·         Good working knowledge of plant and machineryKey Attributes·         Strong problem-solving and critical thinking·         Decisive, efficient, and able to lead under pressure·         High attention to detail and safety focus·         Commitment to excellent customer service·         High level of WHS and risk management understandingWhat We Offer·         Generous remuneration package (negotiable based on experience)·         Company vehicle, phone, and laptop·         Relocation assistance to Darwin·         Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate·         Based in Darwin with projects across the NT·         A committed, no-nonsense team culture with long-term impactAbout NTEX
