Job Title: Technical Sales & Project Coordinator About UsWe are a specialist manufacturer and supplier of high-quality aluminium bifold doors, windows, and patio sliding doors, working primarily with trade customers including builders, installers, developers and contractors. We are known for reliability, technical accuracy, and delivering bespoke glazing solutions on time and to specification. Role OverviewThe Technical Sales & Project Coordinator is responsible for managing trade customer projects from enquiry through to completion. This is a technical, detail-driven role requiring strong knowledge of aluminium glazing systems, order processing, and customer account management.You will take full ownership of each order — preparing quotations, producing accurate technical drawings in Logikal, processing orders, tracking production, and managing staged payments — ensuring our trade customers receive a professional and efficient service at every stage. Key Responsibilities Trade Sales & Customer Support
  • Handle enquiries from builders, installers, and trade customers
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
  • Advise on product configurations, system options, glazing specifications, and lead times
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with trade accounts

Technical & Drawing Duties
  • Produce precise position drawings using Logikal software
  • Configure aluminium systems in line with supplier specifications
  • Interpret architectural and site drawings accurately
  • Ensure all orders are technically correct before release to production
  • Liaise with production to confirm specifications and resolve technical queries

Order Processing & Project Coordination
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately
  • Manage projects from order confirmation through manufacturing
  • Track orders in progress and communicate updates to customers
  • Monitor lead times and ensure deadlines are met
  • Proactively resolve issues to avoid delays on site

Accounts & Commercial Administration
  • Maintain accurate trade customer account records
  • Monitor staged payments and outstanding balances
  • Professionally follow up overdue payments
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated with order and payment status

Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience within the aluminium glazing / bifold door / window industry (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of aluminium systems and configurations
  • Proficiency in Logikal software (essential)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of trade pricing structures
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
