L'Epanoui — Auckland’s newest luxury hair and scalp spa destination — is seeking an exceptional Senior Stylist to join our elite team.We specialise in high-end colour work, precision cutting, and premium head & scalp spa treatments, delivering an elevated, Parisian-inspired experience for our clientele.We are growing quickly and seeking someone available to start as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity to join the foundation team of a uniquely positioned luxury salon and play a key role in shaping one of New Zealand’s leading premium hair and scalp destinations.What We’re Looking For:We are searching for a stylist who embodies L'Epanoui’s high standards:

• Strong technical ability in colour, cutting and styling
• High-end presentation and a polished, professional image
• Exceptional service attitude — confident caring for premium clientele and delivering a true 5-star experience
• Reliability, maturity and excellent communication
• A genuine passion for craftsmanship, education and luxury hairdressing
• Confidence using social media to showcase your work and support salon marketing

Preference (not essential):

• Strength in blonde work (foiling, toning, balayage) — though the right attitude and personality matter most
• An existing client base in Auckland is an advantage
• Any skill gaps can be trained — we support and encourage all staff to specialise
