What is this challenge about
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile principles and practices are consistently applied.
- Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and product planning.
- Guide the team in Agile estimating, planning, and delivery to maximize value.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments (technical, organizational, or people-related).
- Act as an internal coach, enabling teams to become self-organized, fully Agile, and high-performing.
- Promote Agile practices related to software engineering, including automated testing, TDD, CI/CD.
- Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity and productivity.
- Encourage craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and alignment with business goals.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
- Proficiency in Agile practices for software engineering (automated testing, TDD, CI/CD).
- Skilled in using Jira and Confluence for Agile management.
- Excellent understanding of Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, and Agile planning.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
- Fluent level of English.
