Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Service & Sales Engineer (Electrical & Electronics) based in the United States. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems while supporting sales initiatives through product demonstrations and technical discussions. The engineer will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
* B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering * Active H-1B (transferable) or Green Card holder* 1+ years of experience (freshers with strong project experience may apply)* Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems* Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance* Good communication, presentation, and client relationship skills* Ability to work independently and within a team environment* Willingness to travel as required and commit long-term (4–5 years)* Prior experience in industrial equipment or technology-driven organizations is a plus
