About The Role
As Product Manager, you will lead and implement product strategies across a portfolio, delivering high-quality print and digital resources that engage and inspire teachers and students in international markets.
You will champion deep customer understanding, using research and insight to shape a pipeline of competitive, curriculum-aligned products and services that meet the evolving needs of international education.
You will act as the lead advocate for key products, working collaboratively with internal teams across Products & Services, Global Marketing, and our International Network, as well as externally with teachers, consultants, and authors. The role requires strong commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to improving teaching outcomes and professional practice.
Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Leading product strategy and development across a defined portfolio
- Designing and delivering customer research to inform product decisions
- Building compelling business cases and product proposals
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches
- Ensuring products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned to curriculum needs
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40–60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
You will bring proven experience in product management or product development within a publishing or content-led environment, with the ability to translate customer insight into successful product outcomes.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience working with authors, consultants, or external contributors
- Strong research capability, including designing and delivering customer insight plans
- Ability to create clear, persuasive proposals and business cases
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering impactful, customer-driven products
