Physiotherapist | Springwood, QLD, Bairnsdale & Sale VIC, Echuca VIC and Hampton Park VIC Are you a Physiotherapist looking for your next opportunity in a supportive clinical environment where you can make a genuine difference to your clients? We’re currently seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our client’s team. This is a full-time opportunity suited to a clinician with 12–18 months+ post-graduate experience who is confident managing a range of uncomplicated to moderately complex presentations and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team. What you'll be doing

• Conduct client-centred assessments and clinical examinations
• Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
• Manage a diverse range of clinical presentations
• Establish treatment goals collaboratively with clients
• Monitor outcomes and maintain high-quality clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Support health, wellbeing and injury prevention
• Contribute to community engagement, referrals and practice growth
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12–18 months relevant clinical experience
• Ability to independently manage cases and recognise when escalation is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine commitment to client-centred care
• Current driver's licence

Experience across aged care, community, private practice or hospital settings will be highly regarded, as will experience in community engagement or business development. Location: Springwood, QLD, Bairnsdale & Sale VIC, Echuca VIC and Hampton Park VIC
Employment: Full-time & Part Time roles available
