Main Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers to a high standard
• Diagnose hardware and software faults efficiently
• Assist customers with repairs, accessories, and technical enquiries
• Recommend suitable products, protection solutions, and upgrades
• Handle bookings, repair tracking, and customer updates
• Maintain tidy workstations and organised stock areas
• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in mobile phone or computer repairs preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Confident working in a busy retail environment
