- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments
- Complete Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
- Undertake Home Modification assessments and reports
- Deliver community-based occupational therapy interventions
- Support clients to improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life
- Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other health professionals
- Build meaningful long-term relationships with clients and their support networks
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or eligible to register with AHPRA
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle (travel reimbursement available)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
Experience in NDIS, home modifications, aged care, rehabilitation, or community OT is highly regarded.
