Position: IT Support Analyst Job SummaryCentrix is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first- and second-level technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure reliable technology services across the business. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, support Microsoft environments, and contribute to IT security and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, VPN access, and IT assets.
• Apply software updates and support cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain service desk records and technical documentation.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and employee onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, ITIL, or CompTIA/Microsoft certifications is an advantage.
