House Manager

Position: House Manager Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore
This is a senior leadership role that requires impeccable organizational skills, discretion, and a proven background in managing luxury residences, estates, or five-star hospitality operations. Candidates with prior experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), royal households, or luxury estates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Estate Management

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple luxury villas.
• Supervise repairs, renovations, vendors, and service providers to ensure the highest standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters.

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop household staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, drivers, and others).
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Establish a professional, discreet, and service-focused household culture.

Hospitality & Events

• Ensure five-star hospitality standards for the family and guests.
• Organize and manage private events, gatherings, and special occasions.
• Work closely with chefs to coordinate menus, catering, and dietary needs.

Private Collection & Interiors

• Oversee the care and presentation of valuable collections, art, and antiques.
• Maintain accurate inventories and liaise with external experts as required.
• Ensure interiors reflect luxury standards and family preferences.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in luxury estate management, private household management, or high-end hospitality (five-star hotel/resort/royal household).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing family schedules and needs.
• Willing to be based at Bukit Timah, Singapore.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
