Junior Sales Representative

About Flexwires:
Flexwires is a California-based wire and cable manufacturer and supplier. Our product lines include PVC, Irradiated PVC, Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), Polyethylene (PE), Silicone, PFA, FEP, PTFE, and PVDF hook-up wire, heat-shrink tubing, and USA-based wire harness & assembly services, widely used in commercial and military applications. Our products are UL, CSA, and VDE certified, SGS tested, RoHS compliant, and our manufacturing facility is ISO-9001 certified. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily inquiries, quotations, order entry, and order follow-up
• Learn our product lines (material properties, certification standards, application scenarios)
• Maintain existing customer relationships and gradually take on independent account management
• Follow up on inventory inquiries and coordinate value-added processing (cutting, stripping, printing/dyeing, re-spooling, wire assembly)
• Participate in trade shows and customer visits to build industry knowledge and client relationships
• Under team guidance, gradually take on larger accounts and more complex quoting/project negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; background in engineering, marketing, international trade, or related fields preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and good communication skills
• English proficiency (written and verbal), as the role involves military/commercial clients and supply chain terminology
• Experience in electronic components, wire/cable, or industrial product sales is a plus, but not required — we value growth potential and adaptability
• Open to a long-term career path with steady advancement

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year Benefits:
