• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequately maintained and displayed attractively.
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management to optimise team effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation and organisation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management as required.
